Die Astronauten  Peggy Whitson (USA/NASA), Oleg Nowizki (Russland/Roskosmos) und Thomas Pesquet (Frankreich/ESA) haben an die  Internationale Raumstation (ISS) angedockt.  Nachdem sie die Erde etwa zwei Tage umkreist hatten, koppelte ihr Sojus MS-03Raumschiff  um 4:58 p.m. EST (13:58 Uhr MEZ) mit dem „Rasswet“-Modul der ISS. Als sich die Luken zwischen dem Sojus -Raumschiff und der Station um 7:35 p.m. (1:35 Uhr MEZ) öffneten, trafen sich die drei neuen Besatzungsmitglieder mit ISS-Expedition 50-Kommandant Shane Kimbrough (USA/NASA) und den Kosmonauten Sergei Ryschikow (Russland/Roskosmos) und Andrei Borissenko (Russland/ Roskosmos), die sich seit Oktober an Bord der ISS befinden.
