Heute ist dann der zehnte Jahretag der Terroranschläge am 11. September 2001 in den USA. 19 Selbstmordattentäter hatten vier Flugzeuge entführt – zwei flogen in den Nord- bzw. Südturm des World Trade Center in New York, ein Flugzeug flog ins Pentagon bei Washington und das vierte Flugzeug wurde von den Terroristen während eines Kampfes mit einigen Geiseln bei Shanksville/ Pennsylvania zum Absturz gebracht.
Mindestens 2.970 Personen kamen durch die Anschläge als Opfer ums Leben. Folgen der Anschläge waren Kriege der USA gegen die Al-Qaida/Taliban in Afghanistan (2001) und gegen das Regime von Diktator Saddam Hussein im Irak (2003). In beiden Ländern sterben bis heute immer wieder Menschen durch Terroranschläge, im Irak wurden keine Massenvernichtungswaffen gefunden (Ex-Präsident George W. Bush ist ein Lügner!!!).
Im Mai 2011 wurde dann Al-Qaida-Chef Osama bin Laden nach fast zehnjähriger Jagd in seinem Versteck im pakistanischen Abbottabad gefunden und getötet (oder auch hingerichtet?). Es gibt da noch Fragen, was im Mai wirklich passiert ist. Bin Laden ist tot, aber diese schrecklichen, unglaublichen Bilder des 11.September 2001 bleiben im Gedächtnis: die Flugzeuge, die damals in die Türme gecrasht sind, die Menschen, die aus Verzweiflung aus den Türmen in die Tiefe und in den Tod gesprungen sind und die einstürzenden Türme.
