Kommandant Barry Wilmore (USA/NASA) beendete am Donnerstag die Wartungsarbeiten an einem Raumanzug und begann den Raumanzug zu testen, um ihn wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Samantha Cristoforetti räumte den Raumanzug und die Werkzeuge weg und verstaute sie. Der nächste US-Weltraumspaziergang ist für Anfang 2015 geplant. Nach der Arbeit an dem Raumanzug  sxhloss Wilmore sich den Bordingenieuren Samantha Cristoforetti und Terry Virts an, um geplante Aktivitäten zu überprüfen für den SpaceX-Start des kommerziellen DragonRaumfrachters kommende Woche am 16. Dezember. Virts und Cristoforetti begannen den Tag zuvor mit medizinischer Wissenschaft und einem periodischen Fitness-Check. Virts fuhr fort, das Combustion Integrated Rack zu öffnen für die Austauscharbeiten von Getriebekraftstoff. Die Kosmonauten Anton Schkaplerow und Alexander Samokutjajew (Russland/Roskosmos) waren wieder bei der Arbeit im „Sarja“-Modul mit der Installation von Auflagefolie für Innenverkleidungen und deren Desinfektion. Russlands erste weibliche Kosmonautin an Bord der Internationalen Raumstation (ISS), Jelena Serowa (Russland/Roskosmos), arbeitete an Wissenschaftsstudien über Strahlung in der Station und den Einfluss der Sonne auf das Erdmagnetfeld. Samokutjajew war  bei Serowa  zur Beobachtung des Herzkreislaufsystems während des Trainings auf einem Heimtrainer. Schkaplerow arbeitete den ganzen Tag über das Studium chemischer Reaktionen in der oberen Erdatmosphäre
