Очень просто – наносим 100 грамм горячей воды на голову, добавляем шампуни, намыливаем всю голову, но очень аккуратно, чтобы не разлетались капли, а затем достаточно воспользоваться полотенцем. Вот и все! Для мытья головы я использую два вида шампуней, которые разработаны специально для космоса – один российский, а другой американский. Российский обогащен витаминами, а американский хорошо пенится
